Clean, quiet, had a good night's sleep.
We paid for a double deluxe room and with pet only received a library room no fresh towels and when I ask rude isn't even in it the look she gave us for asking about normal question where are our clean towels after a shower breakfast we asked her where milk was and she said look with your eyes is it just me or do hotels not serve the guests anymore no manners we are scousers and we are lovely to everybody na sorry.we had to.put milk in a bottle and stand it in a kettle of cold water no fridge in room no.microwave no toaster ... read more
Would never stop here again
Back from my second stay at Winter Garden Suites.Room was clean and quiet , shower excellent , all amenities and some extras in the room. The team are so good here , friendly , helpful and kind. If ye going to Blackpool definitely consider Winter Garden Suites.
Wouldn’t stay here again! Arrived and the room was already open, not even locked. Bed wasn’t too bad, quite comfy but room was extremely basic. Wi-Fi was absolutely shocking could only get a signal in the bathroom. Very noisy
