I went on this wine bus tour expecting a fun, well-organized day, but it was one of the most frustrating and uncomfortable experiences I’ve had. First, our original tour was canceled last minute because the bus broke down. We were switched to a different tour with wineries we didn’t choose, which were also much farther away. Do not book a wine tour! Not only did they change the tour destination the night before but their “luxury coach” had no Ac. We rode over an hour and a half there and back with no AC. Also we only went to two wineries and had eight tastings the 14-17 tastings that they advertise is a complete lie. Don’t waste your money and tour wineries on your own where you won’t have a possible heat stroke.
Went on a wine tour for a birthday. They drafted my account and then a few weeks later drafted a second full tour charge. When I reached out to them they were very responsive at first. Promising to refund the charged amount and add other compensation for this situation. They changed systems somewhere in the process and apologized for the inconvenience. That was around 4/7/2026.
