Me and 7 of my friends bought tickets for my bachelorette trip in Fredericksburg to do an all day bus tour. I was excited it was the main event of my trip however the 2 hours before the tour they emailed us with an”emergency” and cancelled the tour. They said they could accommodate us another day or refund us however we couldn’t reschedule and opted for a full refund for all of us. Horrible service and had charged our card MULTIPLE times since our trip in June. Would not recommend to anyone and BEWARE of this shady business.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Avoid them at all costs! They double charge you months later and don't give you a refund. They have hundreds of complaints about this on the BBC. They seem helpful and responsive at first but then stop emailing you back. You'll receive responses from "Richard Wino." If you've been a victim like me, call your credit card company to refute the charge and change your card number!
SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! Cancelled trip and never refunded money. Scheduled a trip weeks in advance which was canceled the morning of. They said we had to REQUEST a refund which is awful customer service. I’ve emailed them four times and they never respond. Others in our party have had the same issue. Go with another company. Super unprofessional.
We purchased tickets in advance for 3 people in two different transactions. The first transaction was fraudulently charged to our card again 5 days after the event. The second transaction was fraudulently charged to our card 2 months after the event. The first fraudulent charged was supposed to be refunded within a couple of days and never happened.
