Excellent food, unfortunately one of our friends asked if the staff if they could top up her 1 cup teapot with hot water, was told no don't do refills, but could make her a fresh pot at £3.25 a pot. Also on leaving was made to feel embarrassed in front of other customers after spending in excess of a £120 regarding a shortful of £1.50. We go there as a group every 6 weeks or so throughout the year spending in excess £1000.00. Is it so costly to top up a pot with hot water
Absolutely fantastic service wonderful staff and the food is to die for a very enjoyable will definitely be here again and will be recommending. Thank you all
