Timeshares are scams. When purchasing through ***************** @ ********************, *******************, ******, was pressured and followed during my vacation to purchase this timeshare bought us lunch/dinner free drinks. My husband and I have been involved with this time share for about a year. We went to a presentation upgrade and since the upgrade there has been nothing but dissatisfaction. We requested to down grade to our previous ownership or exit and we have been told we cant exit. However no one responds to at least the down grade due to unexpected financial issues. I have made several attempts to get answers and nothing except you cant exit. You cant exit, you cant book. They lied about maintenance fees. No one can get their stories ... read more
Im under a lot of distress with this company. I have made many attempts to use our timeshare, with no luck. There are many restrictions that are not highlighted during the presentation. It has been a huge financial burden since. I feel completely misled and robbed of my money.
dont buy a timeshare from them ever! They lie to you when presenting the timeshare trick you into buying it then when you go to your first owners meeting they tell you your getting something completly diffrent not worth your money.
**** Resorts is a complete disaster! Don't waste your time or money there, it's a rip-off and a total scam. During our last encounter they told us **** partnered with ******* which would ***** us discounted access to the ****** Resort, ****** in ******! They pitched us on all the benefits wed receive as owners, like access to the *** network, however the number they gave us to call goes unanswered night and day. **** Resorts is something else, and I dont mean that in a good way! **** Resorts TOLD US AS MEMBERS WE WOULD BE GRANTED THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL WITHIN THE U.S AS WELL AS INTERNATIONALLY!! **** EMPHASIZED that we COULD MAKE MONEY IN THIS PROCESS. I havent even had a chance to stay at **** yet and Im already terribly unsatisfied. I have to stay there because its the closest decent hotel near my wedding, however I booked my reservation with them months ago and havent gotten my confirmation email. Ive called three times and emailed several times to different email addresses over the last several weeks and no confirmation email. My husband and I got an offer for a free stay with **** at Branson **********************, but we had to sit through a presentation to qualify. Let me tell you, that presentation lasted for FOUR hours, and I cant tell you who was more annoyedus or our kids? The salesman was going on and on about all these great benefits, like how our investment value would go up and how easy it would be to use. Me and my husband joined ********* as Platinum owners. It's been a bad experience since joining. Maintenance fees go up every year. And they do not send out notices for anything. They put us in collections for being late on Maintenance fees, even though they get our monthly payments with automatic payments.Tried to call to make arrangements and there are none. Last year we couldn't get a vacation in because there was no availability. This place is not a good place to invest!
