Weve had such a frustrating experiences with Hyatt. We were promised we'd save money on our baseball trips by booking through them. Instead, we had to pay an extra membership fee for these so-called discounts, and even after paying, we couldn't find any bookings that worked for us. SCAM..SCAM..SCAM.. **** salespeople are worse then used car salespeople! We have been lied to from the beginning. **** Resorts and their salespeople are engaged in disingenuous and misleading information, if not lies, to trap their guests.
