Awful experience. Dress was delayed again and again and not the same as the one ordered. Despite several paid for alterations, my wife was left with a dress that she was very uncomfortable wearing and made her very upset on the day. They then wouldn’t respond to emails trying to contact to discuss post wedding. Terrible communication and little care from staff.

Sales assistant that I spoke to initially made me feel under pressure to decide on a dress on the spot and gave a speculative price for alterations at £100. On the day of the fitting it turns out the alterations quote was more than twice that, and my querry to find out how this was calculated resulted in a pissy outburst from the seamstress/shop owner.
