I ordered a hair comb for my wedding this June. It arrived really promptly, securely packaged and it is very beautiful - exactly like the photos! Unfortunately the comb became a bit damaged during my hairdresser trial - a crystal came unglued - when I emailed TWFF to ask if they had a spare crystal that they could send so I could repair the comb, they sent an entire replacement comb straight away!
