Booked on booking.com booking confirmed. It took over 23hours for the Waterfront to cancel due to over booking. It was cancelled 2 hours before check-in. Booking. Com suggested we go to another place nearby. It was 5pm and we were on push bikes and it was raining. The guy we rang from the Waterfront wasn't bothered. He said it had happened to him a few times recently. I really would suggest you don't rely on staying here especially without a car to shelter in
