ER Dr. Robinsson was the most unprofessional doctor we have ever encountered. Husband split his head open on the job and when I suggested a plastic surgeon since it was on his face I got an attitude saying he could do it. When I insisted he yelled "you want it, you got it!" and stormed out. Didn't come back in the rest of the day to even give all the test results. When I asked the nurse, he still refused to come in to discuss them and sent the nurse in with the results. Didn't even come back prior to discharge. What a jerk!
Considering a hospital, the whole staff is marvelous
I’ve had it with this group! Having my wife wait an hour for medical attention with possible stroke (doctors own diagnosis), not following medical protocols, finding bloody tissues in the dispenser in the bathroom, having been tucked away in a waiting room for 45min to an hour without anyone telling when the doctor will see me – this place is the culmination of everything that is wrong with our healthcare system. Horrible experience in the ER in October 2016. I had previously loved this hospital, but will never set foot in there again. My kids have been to ER many times over the years, but this place has gone to the dogs!! 8 hours in the ER, 2 of which were in a HALLWAY!! Misdiagnosed me, sent me home with NO RESOLUTION to my problem!! Left worse than when I entered!! HORRIBLE!!!
Worst hospital on the face of the planet. They spend more money on lawyers than on patient care. All they want to do is sue people. Well guess what Valley? I am going to sue YOU out of existence! Great place to go if want to die!
