I was very disappointed with the quality of the care. It took a very long time to be seen and standard procedures and operations were not followed. I wish that I went to a different hospital for care.
I have been to this hospital for 3 surgeries and going again in two weeks for a hip replacement. My husband had a quadruple by pass two years ago there to. We have always been treated very well there. This is my hospital of choice. I never even had any problems with the emergency room. Doctors and nurses were always very respectful and took our feeling into account.
I received excellent care from the ED staff and I didn't wait very long at all in the waiting room. Overall, very courteous staff and excellent service.
Dear Ms. Meyers: My mother has had Alzheimer's for 8+ years. The terrible effects of the disease affect our family a little every day. While I am horrified about the depths of this disease as what truly appalls me, is how rude my mother is treated by people outside the family; especially those in the medical profession.
