6 hours in the ER. My boyfriendjadb a skyrocketing blood pressure reading so we went there because it was close. The staff can’t even keep track of their patients. Beds all over the halls. No one came by for hours to check on him. If you have an emergency DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🤬🤬
Went there as urgent care patients, and they GROSSLY misdiagnosed my husband, so we had to come back the very next day for them to reassess and prescribe the CORRECT meds... and then they billed us for a regular visit on an urgent care matter. Our primary doc was closed, so we went there for urgent care. When we called to dispute the bill, they said they can’t bill it as urgent care because they “don’t offer urgent care.” Ummm... you do offer urgent care. It’s on your sign, above your door !!
