Get their act together "Could they not leave a message to call back? It seems they are the only people on planet having issues and saying Privacy prohibits you to leave a message saying please call this and this person back - never heard that can you quote that part of HIPPA

We took my 10 year old son to the ER Tuesday night for an asthma related issue. It was obviously worse than we thought. The pediatric ER staff was amazing. They saw he was in trouble and started everything right away. They were kind supportive and thoroughly helped us every step of the way. After he was admitted to the picu. Was in the Emergency room last night. After waiting x 3 hours in the waiting room, I was called in only to be sitting in the hall way waiting x a room. Than I was told I needed a CT Scan. After 2 hrs of waiting and watching so many people go by... I asked how long more would take. The answer was ... there was no way to tell. They were having problems with the CT Scan... lol They call that an Emergency Room? I felt like one of the people on Public Assistance...Not very impressed.
