My husband and I had our colonopscopy at Valley last month. The process was smooth , efficient and caring starting wtih Nadine in registration, Kathy V the admission nurse, Nick and Luz, Lynne and Beatrice during the procedure and Eileen & Kay during our recovery. Id did not feel like I was at the hospital at all. Thank you All for such wonderful care for my husband and I.
I had a worst experience with valley health system. The nurses are having a mean spirit and absolutely not responding to my requests. I had to call consumer affairs for any help I wanted from them. Very poor caretaking facility they provide or say worst in the world. They 're just running Scams by not providing billing information before any test, just charges to 450% extra than any in-network Medicare or hospital.
