I had a worst experience with valley health system. The nurses are having a mean spirit and absolutely not responding to my requests. I had to call consumer affairs for any help I wanted from them. Very poor caretaking facility they provide or say worst in the world. They 're just running Scams by not providing billing information before any test, just charges to 450% extra than any in-network Medicare or hospital. I wanted to find something good about valley hospital, so... the food is passable. But the nurses are terrible, and the doctors seem rushed and pre occupied. Don't get me started about their billing and collections! I could write volumes, but I think I'll just call my attorney!
Really the worst hospital I have been to. I had been looking forward to this appointment for days but as I got there the doctor did not seem bothered at all, he consulted me for only 10 minutes without even caring about my problem, just explaining the basics which I already knew. Plus the 10 minutes appointment are so pricey. Not woth it & would definitely not recommend it to anyone!!
Poor standard of care. The billing department is disorganized and malicious.
