I wanted to find something good about valley hospital, so... the food is passable. But the nurses are terrible, and the doctors seem rushed and pre occupied. Don't get me started about their billing and collections! I could write volumes, but I think I'll just call my attorney!
Really the worst hospital I have been to. I had been looking forward to this appointment for days but as I got there the doctor did not seem bothered at all, he consulted me for only 10 minutes without even caring about my problem, just explaining the basics which I already knew. Plus the 10 minutes appointment are so pricey. Not woth it & would definitely not recommend it to anyone!!
Poor standard of care. The billing department is disorganized and malicious.
Do not come to this ER waiting 6 hrs for MRI Forget it
My husband was diagnosed in the ER last Monday with a meningioma, admitted and had surgery on Thursday. EVERYONE went out of their way to make us comfortable, both physically and emotionally. Dr. D'Ambrosio, his neurosurgeon, was amazing! He and his P.A. explained the surgical procedure in depth, showing my husband and me MRI films. Dr. D'Ambrosio made us feel as comfortable and confident as we could possibly be.
