Both the time involved in the scanning process and the scan report time need improvement. In last two visits I've had to leave my Dr's follow up appointment without my scan having been read by a radiologist .

Been going to MD Anderson with husband for metastic colon cancer. He has had two major surgeries. The hospital is the most organized hospital I have ever been to. Everyone is upbeat and always treat you with smile and respect. My husband was in hospital for 25 days and the nurses, nurses aids, techs and doctors were are excellent. And Dr. Scott Kopetz (... read more

Even though one appointment was delayed for over an hour everyone did their best to get done and keep everyone cheerful. I've noticed even though every patient is sick and some terminal their attitude is up beat. I contribute that to the MDA staff and nurses doing the day to day chores cheerfully. I didn't hear one person complain or grumble about the delay yesterday. Hats off to MDA personnel.
