I’ve been a member of The Unit Fitness for over 10 years and they are amazing! Coaches are very experienced and skilled - the variety of class content and equipment used changes frequently which means there is always something new to learn. Members are kind, friendly and supportive - like one big welcoming family. Many of us have been attending The Unit regularly for several years. I attended one of the Hyrox sims at the gym and I was really impressed with how well run it all was. A tough workout but made enjoyable by all the staff

Al the coaches put on a great Hyrox simulation event on Sunday. It was very well organised and give us an opportunity to run through the series of exercises in a practice environment. Well done all. Sam
