We stayed here in June, and was given a room that had blood stained bedding and hairs in the bed. We asked to change room and they gave us a different room which had ticks in the bed. We complained to management and after showing pictures would not refund us. Do not stay it was disgusting and the rooms are so worn down and smell and are covered in dust.
Worst hotel ever in great location but so dirty and dated. Nothing in the room works. Our tv was broken so was our hairdryer and no one wanted to help when we raised these issues Have since emailed and no one has the decency of getting back to you
This the most crappiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The car park is small and horrible. They charge u for parking. Then once you go in it’s like plastic faked as luxury and glamour. Wannabe photos they probably got off Pinterest hanged on the walls trying to give it this glamourous feel. Then once you check in it’s complicated. They charge you for an extra kid over 21 months like we can control how many kids we have.
