Sophie at The Training Field caters for all ages and abilities the sessions are fun - can't recommend it enough.
The training field caters for all all age groups and levels of fitness. I've found Sophie the instructor especially good helping people with injuries and ongoing medical conditions. The classes are fun and are kept to a smaller size to have maximum attention to each client. Sophie is a bubbly and enthusiastic person and very helpful with techniques. I highly recommend.
