They have been so amazing with great customer service I had a tea that went out of stock and they reached out to me with updates Such personal service I can not rave enough of how estatic I am
My go to spot for tea! They servea variety of loose leaf tea herbal, green, black and decaf. You can have a cuppa to stay or to go and they have all the Knick-knacks to go along with a tea interest. They also deliver! Their customer service is superb and very knowledgeable.
I "discovered" The Tea Haus as I searched for tea shops in London in an attempt to improve my tea experience. At first I didn't notice that it was located in London, Ontario. I liked what I saw on their website so I decided to give them a try. I have now tried all of the teas I purchased from them, one green tea and several black teas.
