Good gym overall, but supervision could be improved—the instructor wasn’t present daily, and members were often left to train on their own despite paying higher fees than many other gyms. Communication was inconsistent, especially regarding payment matters. The exit process felt abrupt, with repeated “don’t contact us” messages before final closure. Professionalism and mutual respect are important in any business.
This gym is the only one of its kind, certainly in London, possibly in the UK. If you’re lucky enough to become a member, you will not regret it.
Ive been gping to this lovely old fashioned gym. Lots of free weights.
Private members only?? When asked about what’s the criteria of membership, didn’t get straight answer...Felt very unwelcome..Not born in UK, can’t help myself,but feel racism in the air..Wouldn’t recommend!
