visited Saturday just gone with a hiking group ..we stopped midway on our route thinking it was a nice pub for snacks and refreshments. Although there were a number of customers seated and eating, we were advised that the only food available was chips and soup. The lady behind the bar was extremley rude and so were her colleagues too - and we were clearly NOT wanted in their establishment. Not as good as the last time I ate here. We were disappointed.
Perfect cozy pub for hot tea and dinner. Would go back again. Vibe was sooooo good.
Sunday lunch was superb. At the end of a week we had enjoyed very high end food in top venues this was up there. Staff were lovely too. Parking was a bit challenging though
