Drs are usually nice on treatment, but appointment system is something out of a 3rd world country, plus front desk attitude couldnt be more intrussive. Asking medical questions... And showing rudeness. Lets not forget NHS is a PUBLIC service. We all pay for it. Ive been in oban last year and its not a general thing, its an inveraray thing!! Small comunity gp could treat people better.
Why can't I make an appointment to see the nurse at this practice, am told telephone consultations only. Not much use when I really need to see the Nurse regarding my condition. Very disappointing .. Maureen Clement.
