A gym that defines inclusion and community - I've never quite experienced an atmosphere like it. Since joining over two years ago now, the coaches have restored my passion for fitness through well-structured and high quality sessions. If you're stuck in a rut with training at a commercial gym, I encourage you to come and check out The Stronghold.
The Stronghold has a refreshing view on fitness, and has helped me hit multiple fitness goals. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and the backbone of the community their gym has created. Would definitely recommend to people of any fitness level.
