History Established in 1945. For three decades, movie nights at the old Strand Theater at 38 N. Main St. appeared to be a thing of the past as attempts to rescue the building were unable to surmount the obstacles presented by a large, long-neglected building.So it is with great pleasure that the theater's current owners, Rodney and Lorraine Conard, announce that movies, as well as live music, have returned to The Strand! Great place have free movies every month. I take my grandchildren there and they feel comfortable and enjoy it there
This is the perfect spot. Have an amazing relaxing last evening on my first trip with my brother and niece. Quaint little spot with an amazing atmosphere!
Had a great time and lived the Rootbeer Float! Great place to have movie and dessert.
Great little community theatre. Awesome beers on tap, delicious ice cream, incredible entertainment. And the staff is not bad either. Gotta give it up to the sound guy!!!
