I went in to have a cut, I was late because I mixed up the times but June agreed to see me despite the fact she had a client. If I had known what would happen, I would have left. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted a side fringe, I said yes. From the moment she started cutting, it was chaotic and she seemed to be rushing. Not normally one to complain or leave a negative review… but if i’m honest im very disappointed in my experience here. I went in for a balayage, specifying i like cooler tones and showed my reference picture etc. I’ve had balayages done before so i know what my expectations are, and this really didn’t meet them. Not only did the experience feel very rushed, and not like a treat as getting your hair done should, it wasn’t the nicest environment either. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted a side fringe, I said yes. From the moment she started cutting it was chaotic and she seemed to be rushing.
