About this business

Vampires beware! Garlic is abundant in everything on the menu here. Situated on Beverly Hills' Restaurant Row, this kitschy spot serves mostly Italian or as they call it, Cal-Italian. Call it what you want, but it's the garlic that you'll taste and remember. While the food is decent, it's the garlic gimmick that most people come for. The menu features a variety of pastas, chicken, meat, fish and even ice cream, all flavored with the little white bulb. This is a fun place for family and friends. If classy and refined is what ... read more

Good restaurant Every dish on the menu includes garlic so you have to be a garlic lover when going to this restaurant! Make sure you at least try the garlic ice cream before leaving just to say that you did... it's comparable to vanilla ice cream except for the after taste! This is definitely not a first date place as you will be able to scare the vampires off after feasting on any meal here but the food is worth it and the atmosphere very old Hollywood. Enjoy!

Tacky decor competes with so-so cuisine Went there a few years ago with my husband and we never went back. Food was only fair. Decor looked like a drunken designer was trying for a tacky Holloween. For what it costs at this restaurant, we much prefer Dan Tana's, Morton's, The Palm, the Little Door, and others.

Two thumbs up! If you enjoy garlic, this is the place for you. The place gets pretty packed on weekends. It's so worth it.

Mmmmmm, good food. The only disappointing this, as a lover of garlic, is that they start you off with the strongest possible garlic, fresh crushed as a spread for the appetizer bread, so that the rest of the meal is mild in comparison.

Very nice ambient and a quiet environment. We, party of 4, order a large tureen of Zuppa di Pesce (which could've fed 10), prime rib, baby back ribs, caesar salad, and calamari. As any garlic lover will tell you, the smell certainly stays with you awhile, but it's well worth it for a special occasion.

Very good food. Not overwhelming, although they do have a sense of humor around garlic as a whole. Excellent service, but I will say comparing to the SF location, the food was not up to the same standard. Very good, but not excellent like SF. In the evening there is pay valet parking.

This DOES NOT stink! – My first time at the Stinking Rose was in San Francisco, if you love garlic this is the place for you. Over the weekend I we made it to the location in Beverly Hills, I had the Silence of the Lamb and my brother had the Arugula Pesto Pasta
