The hotel tour was fantastic, the tour guide was highly knowledgeable about the history of the hotel as well as the local area.
Exceptional service while sitting at the bar. The staff was well educated about whiskey's, which made the tasting a great experience!
My fiancé and I have had a wonderful nite here at the Stanley. We learned a lot from the haunted tour with John, he did a fantastic job! And the food at Cascades was amazing too. Over all I love it and Plus caught multiple pictures of what looks like the rim of a cowboy hat in room 428 where we stayed
First,the location and the hotel itself is amazing! It was beautiful, historically fascinating, and yes, a little "creepy", but not in a bad way. Next, the staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. We were always greeted by someone whether coming or going or just walking down the hall. - The night staff at the front desk and the whiskey bar were awesome to talk too. One of the best times I've had!
What an amazing place and experience...beautiful!! Great staff and what a cute little small town of Estes Park..people are so friendly there!! Had a great time and can't wait to go back!!
Great hotel....HORRIBLE customer service and accounting. I got married there and stayed the night and they overcharged me almost $1000 by taking money out of my debit card unauthorized, and are STILL saying I owe them more. My advice....PAY CASH!!!
It is a beautiful hotel, lots of history there, and the tour was awesome! If you every go, ask for Lady J! She is an awesome tour guide, I learned a lot from her, you can really tell she loves her job!

I took the family to this amazing place in july, so much to do there had a great time. Me n the misses was just there for the mystery dinner n the masquerade ball, if u haven't been there u are missing out. This is a trip we plan to do yearly.
