Go to spin, the ping pong bar, it is hilarious fun! It doesn't matter if you are good or terrible, balls fly everywhere and everyone is laughing about their terrible moves. Music us great, thanks to MrNumberOnederful!
Lived here for several months. Dog friendly! My pit bull was the unofficial hotel ambassador. Valets are dope. Roof top scene is cool, or not, depending on the night.
I stay at this hotel enough for them to send me a Christmas present and gifts with every stay but the staff has been extremely unhelpful tonight and quite unpleasant in the treatment of my guests. I may need a new downtown LA haunt.

When in LA working, I always stay here. It's a soft welcoming place even if it has it's reputation as a party place. Location is excellent, the restaurant is open 24/7. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. If this is your "standard", your standards are pretty low. Way overpriced. Cheap furniture that tries to be trendy. Bar charges $15 for basic cocktails (I'm talking Jim beam and soda). The wifi is slower than my grandma's dial-up. The forced valet parking is outrageously priced and only one valet guy seems to enjoy his job. Our room had a grocery bag tied around the smoke detector. From Toronto, Canada. Best hotel I've ever stayed in (in the US). Rad staff, clean, quiet rooms. I'm an insomniac and I've had the best sleep of my life here cuz these beds are so damn comfortable. A+
