You pay for the experience not for the quality of the room. While the theme of the hotel is extremely creative and fun/interesting to be a part of, the quality of the beds and pillows were lacking. I did enjoy the feather duvet - very European - however, the cable was horrible and there were no plugs for charging my phone near enough to the bed that I could charge and use the phone at the same time. Great location..good Music and excellent service....
Staying at a hotel felt more like being bossed around by bouncers at a nightclub. Left my room twice to go look upstairs, and second time to get food. Both times was aggressively asked who I was and where I was going. WTF? I'm in a hotel, hadn't touched one drop of alcohol, and felt like I was being thrown out of some VIP bar for making an idiot of myself. Since leaving have found out the hotel has charged me the $150 deposit rather then refund it, and have still had no reply on why or when I will get the refund. Avoid this ... read more
