I went to Kyle with sciatica I was in a lot of pain and almost immobile Kyle set up a plan of exercises and a rehab program to take away the pain. He also set up a gym program which has greatly strengthened my body I am enjoying the gym again and feel like a very young 60 year old. I have literally transformed the quality of my life.

I had a sports massage from Emma. After a discussion to find out why I had booked and what I was wanting to achieve from the session Emma checked my movement range and started to massage the areas I'd asked. I went with a nagging pain down my left leg Emma's work has really eased the problem and she also spoke about ways I could train moving forward to prevent any flare up. Would highly recommend Thank-you
