Requested to tidy my fringe and the layers in my hair (tidy up due to growth - cut off dead ends) unfortunately potentially miscommunication but the length is shorter minus the layers appear to be non existent or removed with the length instead of trimmed and the fringe is very differ to previous 4 years of going to the salon. the absolute BEST place in Southampton for alternative haircuts/colour! Also the best place for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people that are anxious about the salon! I’ve had my hair done by both Rose and Georgia and they are both so so fantastic! The salon in general is so wonderful and everyone is so kind and accommodating, as well as being so talented at what they do! Absolutely gorgeous salon and decor, Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ Friendly. I had Rose as my stylist after just moving to the area and not having my hair cut for years! She was amazing, made me feel at ease - we cut inches off of my damaged hair, and it looks fabulous!!

I had a great experience yesterday with Hannah, who gave me a restyle haircut. She did an amazing job and was very accommodating with my sensory issues. Also the general atmosphere in the salon is very nice and chill. Definitely coming back :)
