The best part I liked about the hotel was the housekeeping ladies on the 14th floor My stay from June 16 through the 18th job well done Ladies thank u so much! Also the front desk employees were nice as well. The Hyatt in Orlando is very nice and family orientated, but the rooms Decore needs to be a little updated also checking for your room key before you get into the pool, my family and I didn't like that! Those are some things to look at before reserving a room.
The hotel and staff are A-1. This is the place to stay for fun and relaxation. The pools are great and the kids love the waterfall. Located on the strip, easy access to all the restaurants and shops. We love it.
We stayed at Hyatt Regency Orlando this past weekend for the Family Cafe disability conference. This is our second year at this hotel but we have been to Family Cafe for many years - last year everything was perfect. Not so this year. We had a fantastic stay once again at this Hyatt. You all did a great job with all of us there attending The Family Cafe. A special Thanks to Jarlin in the conceirge lounge for going above and beyond to be so kind to our daughter who is challenged. Staff was friendly including security guard doing her job. Can't wait to come back

We stayed three days for the Family Cafe and were very impressed in every way. The hotel, rooms, conference center, and pools were clean and classy, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, courteous, and professional. The beds were super comfy as were the pillows The restaurant food was excellent, too. Manny was particularly kind toward accommodating our special needs. I would love to come back. The time went by far too quickly!
