Had a great time. Nice room and meeting venue. Staff was very good as well.
What can I say but how amazing the staff is and how amzing the hotel is nice and clean and the rooms ugh they are to die for.... If you ever get the chance stay at the hotel it is amazing!

We had reservations for months.... went to check in for the Weekend and you tell us you are overbooked and we have to be relocated!!!!!!! Wth. Really. NO !!!! We got the Manager and still nothing. Even being a Gold Member. How do you do this. Very Very Very Sad of you. We are here on business and a little play!!!!!! I just don't get it....... Thanks
Excelent customer service it was my girl birthday they brought cake for her to the room, bar area is pretty nice also very relaxing. Definitely we will book again.!

Very clean, comfortable bed, staff was beyond helpful. Restaurants onsite, one of which is open 24 hours. Pool very kid friendly.
Very nice hotel. I stayed here because I attended a conference for work. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a 24 hour cafe which was very convenient and had very good food. The pool area is kid friendly and has a baby pool and bigger kid pool with a cool water slide and an adult pool with a tiki bar! Very nice for a trip to Orlando!
