Beautiful, luscious hotel!! Spacious!. Perfect for conferences and dance events -which is what I was there for.
This is probably my favorite hotel in the convention area. However, I've made several observations the last few times I've been there. Since Hyatt took over, the staff has becomed a little less engaging (tall older woman CSM With blond hair is downright RUDE) The cleaning crew has also become VERY lax. It took 3 request to get a small trash can. I witnessed a male housekeeper take a dirty tissue out of the trash and wipe down a table in the sitting area of the convention level. My stay is always great,that's why I always return,however,I don't understand the self park fee or resort fee.Your rooms aren't inexpensive already!...Unnecessary fees.
This was my first time staying at this location very beautiful hotel. I was also given a complimentary late check out.

Pure Awesomeness! The rooms were clean and spacious! Customer service was the best! I had a awesome view from my room!! I would definitely recommend to my friends! You also can walk from the hotel to the convention center!!!
