Everything about our stay was excellent. We had easy access to the convention center the entire weekend. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast in the B line diner was even good. The only thing negative I can say about our entire stay is that they close the pool too early, it wasn't heated, and one of the coffee shops espresso machines broke so we couldn't get a cappuccino on our last morning there. First world problems though. We will be booking again in the future.
Can't say enough about this hotel. Love everyone here. Regency Club family, the spa, pool, the absolute best. If you haven't stayed here it is a must. They can't do enough for you. Top notch all the way. Love you Hyatt Regency. We will look forward to our next trip back. Happy Easter everyone! !!!
$22 for one hour of parking. What a rip off!! Universal and Disney are cheaper.
Best place to stay with family great hospitality and a warm staff.
This place is huge! Very luxurious! Because of that, the prices for everything is high. I went to the 24 hour store on the first floor to buy milk for the kids. One bottle of milk is $4. One gallon of milk is $25. The price on food and drinks are my only complaint. The hotel per night was decent. I got the room for $229 with 2 queen beds overlooking the pool! Very nice hotel!
Was here for a Summit. My only problem was our room was not cleaned. Had a call and ask for restock of towels. Took over hour to get the towels. Had to postpone my shower, was late for the evening event that we had. The TV in the bathroom didn't work. But, all in all. Being there was good. I have never encountered an issue being at the Hyatt.
Very accommodating. All about making your stay about you. Felt very well taken care of.
Awesome hotel! My third stay, will definitely come back again.
