All the staff were great and really friendly. The zero-entry pool is great for kids, there is a separate pool with a waterfall, a splash pad, and a water slide (but kids have to be 48" to go on it). The hotel is a short walk from I-Drive 360 where there are a lot of restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel!
The only thing I didn't like is if you're having Visa debit card they hold $70 a day for room incidentals which I don't even use
Friendly staff and stunning pool! They even have a cool tv in the bathrooms of the rooms!
Nasty..they dont change the sheets before you check in...NASTY..my friend is there now and the sheets are GROSS! she called front desk and they act like the dont care!!
The staff were universally helpful, and pleasant. The facility, rooms, pools etc were impeccably clean. Their Italian Steakhouse created the best Gluten-free, Dairy free meal my daughter has had in years. The fitness and spa facilities are top notch. The free yoga classes made my trip.
Will stay here again for sure! Great rates...amazing top notch service from all staff... can't say enough about how great this place is...resturants are great...love the pool...must visit! Walking distance of all sorts of attractions...if you want to take a cab to the action instead of walking it's cheap cost us like 4 bucks!
The hotel was beautiful, placed in a great location near food, entertainment and 15 minutes from the airport. My new place to stay when visiting Orlando.
Terrible service. Overpaid for their breakfast and was sent to a diner. Had to go to 4 different rooms before we were put in a room that was clean, bug free, or didn't smell like smoke. The staff communication was terrible as they were sending us to a closed restaurant. The annoying bell man was running his mouth telling us how they were 50% full and how great their diner was. I'd hate to see this hotel full when they can't even manage to operate at 50% occupancy.
