I am a Hyatt gal wherever I travel and this hotel is fabulous! Customer service is itop notch and the amenities are perfect. I highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel & amenities. Staff very friendly & helpful. Free classes- took a spining class- fun. I would not have known about the Pointe Orlando without their assistance. I was there for the National Black Catholic Congress. Exceptional !!
We did not stay in the hotel but spent much of the Fourth of July week here for a dance competition. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and all of the staff members I have interacted with have been wonderful! I have not noticed any issues other than the fact that food and parking are outrageously expensive! Charging a $20+ fee for day parking is extremely excessive. This was a six day convention and would have cost me over $120 in parking fees...luckily I was able to arrange to be dropped off and picked up with my daughter ... read more
