I did not stay in the hotel but spent the weekend here for the 2017 Zumba Convention. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and all of the staff members I have interacted with have been wonderful! Everything was so organized and all staff members I asked for directions were wrote aware of the locations for all of the sessions! I did not notice any issues other than the food and parking are outrageously expensive! Charging a $20+ fee for day parking is extremely excessive. Certain things were really not good but the facility itself was beautiful.
Didn't stay here. Attended classes at Zincon 2017 this past weekend. Conference rooms are very nice but being charged $22+ tax per day for parking with no re-entry on that same day is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!! There should be better, cheaper pricing for consecutive day conference attendees for events that sell out all of the rooms in the hotel. .....or at least provide the option to re-enter the garage on that same day. The convention cente offered,$15/day in comparison with re-entry on same day at no additional charge.
The room smelled like smoke we were promised a microwave that was never delivered there was an added charge to our room for room service that we never had I think this hotel needs to regroup and deliver what they promise if you don't check your bill very closely you will be paying extra money for things never got I was very disappointed this year at the Hyatt
It was my first time staying at the Hyatt during Zumba Convention and I most likely will stay next year. I didn't like the fact that the thermostat would be turned down whenever we left the room to icicle setting when we had turned it up to a decent temp. The "tv in the bathroom mirror" was HORRIBLE. We stayed here for Zumba Convention , second year in a row. Great place to stay! Friendly and professional staff
I like the staff. They are very friendly!!! The hotel stays clean! This location has a ton of room and made it awesome for the Zumba Convention!
