Thoroughly disgusted by your hotel chain and will NEVER set foot on any of your properties EVER. My friend is working for a power company out of another state and has traveled down to Florida to try to put your state back together and get power restored. They stayed at Hyatt Regency Orlando for the past two nights and were CHARGED $10 for the breakfast (cold cereal, bagels, muffins, juice.....not even a HOT meal)! You all should be GIVING that away to those who have come to help you and your state!
I have read what your hotel chose to do for all the people in your area seeking shelter with their pets during Hurricane Irma. It is so nice to hear of a company doing the right thing. I look forward to staying with you during one of my trips to Florida ! Kudos !!
Staff has been attentive. Full service hotel. Not cheap but well worth it. Pet friendly too!! I will return.
Great place, friendly staff, we stayed here during hurricane Irma evacuation with our two dogs. Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed dinner at Urban Tide. Great service. Would definitely go back!
