Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. However housekeeping was a bit lacking. It was frustrating when you discovered no shampoo in the shower. No shampoo refill for 2 days, and need to remind frontdesk for shampoo. This type of situation shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel.
This was a great stay. Funny enough the impression that wilö sillstat with me is thattjatat bbq sauce served with the chicken wings in the bar! Cajun and bacon! Greatness. I so wish I could get that recipe.
Spent a great day poolside and Justin took wonderful care of me all day! Justin is an asset to your Hyatt team! He went above and beyond to make sure my day by the pool, not just my coconut grill needs were attained! Thanks so much Justin!

Not only was the hotel amenities wonderful, the costumer service was out of this world. I had a dispute on my card from multiple over chargers and the accounting department credited everything back no questions asked. Wonderful company with great service! Thank you!
Beautiful hotel with a great team of people working to make sure our stay was fantastic! Close to I-Drive sights, shopping, major highways and across the street from the convention center. Worth every penny!
we always have a great experience here! only time we were annoyed is our room key 5 times wasn't working.. they said it was the door battery and fixed it but it kept happening.. other than that great stay!
