We enjoyed the stay and the king-size suite we stayed in was very nice and clean and my son(11yrs old) loved the tv in the bathroom

Definitely dated! Upon arrival I was told here were no kings beds like I requested. The nice women checking me told me I could have a regular room with two queen beds or a suite with one queen bed. I said the suite since I was by myself. Well the queen bed in this room is not a regular queen bed. It is a small bed that pulls down from the wall! My one night I get to sleep without a baby monitor is not in a comfortable bed � #hyattfail #hugegapformypillowstofallin #whyme
This is not a hotel we would normally stay at, a little out of our price range. This used to be the Peabody in Orlando which is where we spent part of our honeymoon 25 years ago. The staff knew it was a special anniversary and sent a bottle of wine and chocolates. The young lady that checked us in, Amanda told us we were staying in the new tower and filled us in on some of the history since our stay. The room was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. We plan to do this again, maybe for our 30th.
Would not stay here again. Room 11147 is next to the housekeeper room. Apparently there was some plumbing problems in that room which caused problems in our room. On day one problems with bathroom sink stopped up. And by day 2 carpet in room wet and by day 3 bathroom sink still stopped up and hall carpet and room carpet soaked and wet. We had to listen to a blower all night trying to dry up the carpet in the hall. I had an Awesome time staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Orlando Florida. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is extremely nice, here’s to hopefully coming back to Spooky Empire next October.
