Don’t ever, ever book with Hyatt in Orlando. We arrived, with a confirmed room, only to be told they over-booked. So they sent my six-months pregnant wife and I to some other hotel down the street. Appalling. I will never stay with another Hyatt hotel, ever.
Trying to get food at any of the restaurants is pointless. There just aren’t enough to handle conference capacity. Staff is super friendly and hotel is nice .... if you’re looking to starve to death at all day classes 6 days a week.

Had a great stay! Easy check in, and check out, they offered a late checkout to us (complimentary) because we had an event going on at the hotel, that we were involved in, on the last day of our stay. We would definitely stay again! Only suggestion, try and get a room in tower 2! tower 1 is a long way, away from the parking garage! Haha
Beautiful hotel and our stay was amazing. The staff is so welcoming and energetic I loved my stay here!
