I did not stay here this time. I was here for an convention I'm disable and can not walk that far. I have my disability packer and I still had to pay for valet parking. Granted they have free parking in there Garage that for someone like me is like a mile away. Very hard to walk. There should be closer parking for people like me or just a small fee say 10.00 for them to park your car especially if I'm not staying the night at the Hotel. It’s an awesome hotel the staff are so polite and helpful and the pool is beautiful and perfect for my children! The beds are so comfortable too!! I would stay here each and every time I come to Orlando if I could afford it!! We were there for the Family Café and they gave a discount for everyone that was coming to that!
Hotel hosted the Family Cafe in support of people with special needs and it was great 👍 everthing was perfect and brought a lot of smiles to many families thank you

Me and my family have been here since Thursday enjoying the time we're here also with Family Café with the conference having a good time and the hotel was wonderful the staff was great everything really was nice and now Sunday we have to go Home. until next year will be back again have a great day. Our stay was great. Check on and check out were quickly. Our room overlooking the pool was spacious and clean and the lobby was great. We will be back.
