What a lovely hotel, the wedding was beautiful, the food was delicious and everything was grand. The pool looked amazing we will have to come and staycation here over the summer~ five stars ⭐️

Stayed there for the KOF Convention. I was excited to stay here as It was my first time at a Hyatt Hotel ever. I always thought the Hyatt was a super high end hotel chain but was disappointed with the room. It was decorated ok, nothing fancy but the TV was impressive a nice 55-60” HDTV. I didn’t understand why they put the light switch for the bathroom in the hallway outside of it. Also they offered a coffee machine but no bar sink . Attended a conference there over the past several days and was very impressed with everyone I came in contact with; very polite, professional and cordial. Definitely one of the better hotels in Orlando. We really enjoyed our experience. They say customers rate their expectations, not on the competition, but on their best and worst experiences. This was better than most. Keep up the good work!
Our family spent the day just lounging and enjoying the ammenities such as the massages and the amazing pool. We are local and this is where the girls wanted to go to celebrate Mother’s Day. Torrential rains out of nowhere but that didn’t dampen our stay. Thank you soooooo much Miss Kira for your amazing thoughtfulness and hospitality! We will be back!
