Amazing service, beautiful rooms, and they really know how to make their guest feel welcome. I got to the hotel early for an event I was attending. At 8am they were able to check me into a room because of availability. It made my busy day, easier to handle. I got back to my room at about 11pm from a day of events, and their room service was closed but they made an exception and delivered food and drinks within 30 minutes. This hotel has been our number one choice to stay when visiting Orlando. Even though we live so close in Clearwater, Hyatt Regency became our gateway away from home to either just relax or celebrate special occasions within our family. The staff is friendly and present an excellent customer service. Our favorites are the pool, Fiorenzo restaurant on site and B-Line Diner where we stop for breakfast, dinner or just grab one of their delicious desserts to go. Keep up the good work!

Perfect property. Amazing staff. Treated so well, everyone was so friendly and we were perfectly located close to everything on International Dr. and Camping World Stadium.
Olympia HS had their prom there last night and I parked in the garage so I could take pictures of all the girls that met up in the lobby. They offer a pathetic 30 min free. Seriously the garage is so far from the hotel that even with almost running and rushing pictures I couldn’t get back in under 30 min. I had to pay 25.00. I’m still in shock and appalled that nobody would validate my ticket. Hyatt, you should be ashamed of yourself.
