Came here for mothers day massages and pool time. Awesom place !! Kira was especially nice, helpful and fun!!
Great for conference. Very big. Friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Agree with overhaul of room service menu. Not very appealing and not a lot of healthy choices.
This place gets better every time! The rooms are bigger than most hotels, the pool is outstanding and there’s a lot to see and do on site.
Gorgeous hotel, beautifully designed lobby and common areas, amazing pool and pool side bar, delicious food at the B-Line served with a smile and a joke by Marteen, and large rooms with comfy beds. By far my favorite place to stay in Orlando, especially since it’s a pretty good location to get to everything you would want to see on I-drive, and a short drive or Uber ride away from Universal. 10/10 we WILL stay here again!
Amazing service. Let us checked in at 6 am coming in from LAX. Nice staff, and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property! Friendly customer service. The room service menu needs a major overhaul. For such an upscale venue, the variety was lackluster. And the food was delivered in a paper bag and to go boxes...not congruent with the attempted green friendly message through out the Hotel. Additionally, I was surprised to find $25/day “resort fees” tacked onto my bill upon checkout...pretty pricey for two bottles of water and use of the gym (included service in most room fees). I won’t be returning.
