I like all most everything mostly the lights on the floor. No need to turn head light but only 2 bottles of water when checkin and no breakfast !!! Can’t believe of my eyes

My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary dinning at the Urban Tide. We throughly enjoyed the experience and the waiter was attentive and courteous. The valet was helpful and kind. Thank you for making our anniversary so special and a day to remember.
We are parents to a toddler but still enjoy utilizing hotel amenities. Your hotel's only dinner option at 5 (when my toddler needs to eat) is the diner or room service. No one wants to eat at either of those places 4 days in a row. Come on Hyatt, you cater to traveling families, whose idea was that? Also pool menu option for kids is weak, needs a revamp.
Decided to spend Christmas in Orlando and this hotel was exactly what was needed. Beautiful room, great staff and so friendly. Yes it is pricey with extra fees but I feel we got everything we paid for and more. Will definitely visit here again.

Don’t think it really gets any better than this in Orlando. I will stay here again! I’ve stayed at 2 other local hotels and they don’t even compare.
My buddy James took me, and a few of my friends, during conference weekend and it was a blast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
