Great top notch hotel, great pool area, comfortable beds and lots of cool amenities in room, Built in TV in the mirror in the bathroom and light sensors under the nightstands and bathroom vanities if you move
Very busy but simply fabulous! We can't wait to come back. The folks that work there are awesome It's clean and modern and that includes the rooms. Looking forward to our next staycation!

We had a really good time hanging out at the pool. I think it is a stretch to charge a "resort" fee since the pool area isn't that large, I was also not excited about the $22.00 self park charge or the $35.00 valet parking charge. The room was nice, but not amazing, except for the bathroom, which was awesome! Next time we'll opt for the Grand Cypress instead. I just didn't feel I got full value for the dollars spent.
My short stay at Hyatt Recency was superb, fabulous staff, the pools awesome the food mouth watering, I'll be visiting again soon. Thx to my precious daughter Christina.

Love the 4th floor pool to relax without all the loud kids at the lower pool. Just wish it had a bar for drinks and food, you can order online with your phone but it's kinda hard to see the phone screen in the sun �
Overpriced and under delivered. Room was average at best. I expected more. It was dusty and the carpet is wet from the A/C. My sons clothes got wet through his bag. Pool was wonderful, my kids truly enjoyed it. B-Liner was the best part of this stay. Good food reasonably priced. I absolutely cannot say that about the Italian Steak House. So over priced for good food. NOT great food. Plus it took us 2 1/2 hours to get out of there. Service was so slow. I found the staff to be a bit rude.
