The room was very average... extremely disappointing front desk experience... food outrageously expensive!!! However, it's clean and conveniently located next to the OCC... I will think twice before I stay here again, though.
I love staying at the Hyatt. It's beautiful and it is close to all classes. ����
I always get the best treatment from the front desk staff during my stay here every year for The Zumba convention . I love that I get my same room . And I love my maid . We have met each other every year ! My home away from home !
So please tell me how room service comes in just makes the bed but doesn't do anything else... doesn't take out the trash , doesn't leave any new towels or clean the bathroom at all .. as much money as this hotel is getting from Zumba instructors this weekend you would at least think they would clean the room.

Would totally go to this hotel again, great facilities, and the price we got made it worth it too. Got lucky and didn't have a resort fee or parking tacked on to our room, with the way we booked.
Staff was so nice and the rooms and pool is beyond expectations! My family will definitely return!
